The house was damaged by the elephant attack. Upon receiving the news, the forest workers of Ramshai Mobile Squad of Garumara Wildlife Department reached the spot. After a long time, the elephant left the locality and entered the forest. Sukhdev Roy, a ranger with the Ramshai Mobile Squad of the Garumara Wildlife Department, said the victims would be compensated as per government rules if they applied.
