Ingredients: two cups of flour, one cup of sugar, light amount of hot water.
For puree: four cups of condensed milk, one cup of ripe mango kale, soaked polao rice (two tablespoons) soaked) half a cup of sugar, cardamom powder and a little salt.
Method: First mix the flour with sugar syrup and water and make a medium thick mixture. Now cook all the ingredients together in a pan over low heat. Stir frequently so that it does not stick to the bottom. When it thickens, pour it on a plate and let it cool down. Now heat another pan and brush a little oil in it. Pour half a cup of flour mixture and turn the pan to make a big loaf. After two to three minutes, fold the patisapata and serve, leaving the filling on one side.
