Global crude oil prices fall by more than 5%

London: (Web Desk) During the trading in the world market, crude oil prices recorded a sharp decline of more than 5%.
According to a foreign news agency, crude oil prices showed a downward trend during trading in the global market on June 17.
Experts say the fall in prices was prompted by rising interest rates in the United States and other Western countries, as investors are worried about the move.
British Brent crude fell 4.9 percent, or 5.85, to 11 113.96 a barrel during trading.
On the other hand, US crude oil West Texas Intermediate (WTI) fell 5.7 percent, or 6 6.66, to 110 110.93 a barrel.
