Agnipath Protest Row: Due to violent protests, these trains are canceled, many passengers stranded – route of 200 trains affected

Agnipath Protest: Rail services were disrupted in Bihar as violence against the Agnipath scheme intensified on Friday, leaving passengers stranded. Demanding the withdrawal of the central government’s plan, the protesters blocked the railway track, affecting the operation of many trains including Howrah-New Delhi Poorva Express, Malda Town-Kiul Express. Apart from this, painful pictures of trains being set on fire at various railway stations in Bihar, Telangana, UP went viral on social media.

According to the statement issued by the railways, 35 trains across the country have been canceled so far due to the Agneepath demonstration, while the route of more than 200 trains has been affected.
